The Frame Pro Is a Different Animal
Most TVs, you mount them and call it a day. The Samsung Frame Pro is different — it's specifically designed to look like a piece of framed art on your wall when it's not in use. That's the whole idea behind it. And when it works, it really works.
This Elk Grove customer had the right instincts. Clean new home, light wood floors, white walls — the room is modern and minimal. Putting a regular TV on that wall would've been fine. Putting a Frame Pro on it was the right call.

Why the Frame Pro Needs to Be Flush
Here's the thing with Frame TVs: the whole aesthetic falls apart if the TV sticks out from the wall like a normal mount. You want it sitting as close to the wall as possible — ideally with less than an inch of gap. That's what makes it look like a framed canvas instead of a screen on a bracket.
Samsung makes their own slim mount designed specifically for the Frame line. It's built to sit the TV almost completely flat against the wall, with just enough room for ventilation. That's what I used here.

The result is a TV that sits flush on the wall with no cable mess, no bracket sticking out, nothing to break the illusion.

The Wood Frame Detail
The Frame Pro comes with a light wood bezel option, and in this Elk Grove home, it was perfect. The warm tone of the wood frame picks up the floors and keeps the TV from feeling cold or industrial against the white wall.
When the TV is in Art Mode, it displays photos, paintings, or artwork — and with the wood frame, it genuinely reads as wall art from across the room. Guests who haven't seen a Frame before usually don't realize it's a TV until someone turns it on.

What Makes Elk Grove a Great Fit for This
Elk Grove has a ton of newer construction — homes with clean lines, open floor plans, and walls that are practically built for a Frame TV. No fireplace to work around, no awkward alcoves, just good drywall and studs where you need them.
This particular home had the perfect wall: centered in the living room, no windows flanking it, outlets positioned low. We ran the One Connect cable down the wall and out through a low-profile wall plate — clean, no surface raceways, no visible wires.
